Advanced Filters

We've recently introduced a set of new, powerful filters that allow you to segment your chats like never before.

For example, you can now filter for, then reach out to all your group chats that are at the at the Nurture stage of your pipeline, that had a latest message between 4 and 6 weeks ago!

When you're looking at your Telegram inbox all day it can be hard to know where to start. Next time you feel that way, create a filtration like this and work on those chats that really matter.

To set a filter, press the 'Filter' button on any view (if it's blue, that means you've already got a filter set on that view):

After that, a filter toolbar will appear. Here, you'll be able to add, edit and delete filters. In the image below, I'm setting a new filter for the Recently Added view.

To hide the filter toolbar, you can click on the filters button again.

Smart Lists

We've built a few default Smart Lists – lists of chats that meet some criteria, as defined by the active filters – to get you started. These are shown in the left sidebar: "Recently added", "Overdue Follow-ups", etc.

It's worth noting that you cannot overwrite these lists yet. In an upcoming release, you'll be able to create and save your own smart lists. By the time you're reading this, this feature may already be out.

For example, you'll be able to create a smart list for all VC funds that you're talking to: just assign a VC category to those chats, then create a view that filters for that category.

You'll be able to create new views either by the set-up wizard (which appears on click of '+ Add Smart List'), or by saving an already edited smart list as new.

You'll also be able to customize a Smart List's name, and icon.
