What is the 3RM Network page?

The 3RM Network page is a centralized hub within 3RM, providing you with a comprehensive view of your company’s Telegram relationships. This page offers a holistic perspective of everyone your team knows, allowing you to prospect people you already have a warm relationship with.

Populated through automatic synchronization with Telegram, the Network page aggregates chats and facilitates easy navigation through your entire organization’s Telegram directory.

How does the 3RM Network page work?

The functionality of the 3RM Network page is enabled by the automatic synchronization of chats from Telegram and the aggregation of chat participant information within the 3RM platform.

When chats are synced, data flows into 3RM, including essential metadata such as user handles on Telegram and chat bios. However, it's important to note that not all chats may have assigned contacts, particularly group chats. In this case, those chats are not visible within the Network page.

When viewing the network page, you can search for individual chats based on various parameters, regardless of chat ownership. The Network page is oriented towards the organization rather than individual users, granting you full visibility into your organization's members’ outbound activity. This access enables a given organization to effectively monitor and manage interactions during its outreach efforts, allowing you to collaborate more easily.

What data is stored in the Network page?

This is specific to chat info - 3RM provides a link to DM them, show associated chats (groups, channels, and 1:1s), and pull their bio. Limited operations but you can add notes or search by first name, last name, bio, or userhandle.

The Network page stores chat information pertinent to user interaction through the Telegram app. This includes details such as user handles, associated chats (including groups, channels, and one-on-one conversations), and user bios.

Although the functionalities of the Network page are streamlined, you can easily perform essential tasks, like adding notes via Sidebar. Additionally, Network provides direct links to initiate direct messages, allowing you to hop into the relevant Telegram chats straight from 3RM.

How does the sidebar view work in the Network page?

3RM Telegram Sidebar Access

You can easily access the Sidebar by hovering over a contact or chat and hovering over the intended icon. For Contacts, you can update the Sidebar as well as open the conversation in Telegram. For your Chats column, you can only open the view in the Sidebar.

When taking notes within the Network page via Sidebar, the notes will populate any instance of Sidebar within 3RM. This means your notes from the Network page are viewable in your Smart Lists and beyond!

Use cases of using the Network page

Prospecting: leverage Network’s comprehensive view of synced chats to identify leads within their organization, while direct message links streamline outreach, enhancing efficiency.

Recruiting: The Network page offers valuable insights for identifying potential candidates. Recruiters can quickly understand backgrounds and interests using stored chat information, facilitating targeted engagement. Quick note taking in the Sidebar helps to manage interactions effectively.

Connection and Introductions: Access to an organization's contact network enables internal users to identify opportunities for connections and introductions. With easy search functionality, find the right contact with ease.
