What is Kanban/Pipeline View?

For active Telegram users, looking at your inbox can be an overwhelming experience, so why not simplify things with 3RM? When you first load up any viewpoint or list in 3RM, you will see the table view and a toggle option for changing the Table or Pipeline layout. Table is helpful for assigning conversations to owners, categories, organizations, etc. The pipeline view helps you visualize, prioritize, and manage opportunities and conversations in your inbox. By utilizing the pipeline view feature in 3RM, quickly and easily see the status of your various chats and keep a pulse on what stage of the lifecycle your chats are at. Pipeline offers a visual representation of the progression of your conversations, a sort of bird's eye view of your relationships: where they're getting stuck, and where you might need to be spending more time/attention.

Table view is your default, allowing you to quickly see and sort your conversations.

Pipeline view gives you the ability to monitor conversations by stage.

How to use Pipeline View in 3RM

Edit Status and Category To Reflect in Pipeline View

You can easily change the status of a chat from the Sidebar view.

You can also add a category to the chat for filtering purposes within the sidebar. You aren’t limited to one, so add as many categories as you need to add color to your notes.

When making changes to the status of a chat in the sidebar, it will reflect in both pipeline and table view synchronistically.

Best way to set up properties for Pipeline management

Utilize your Smart Lists to manage multiple pipelines. Being able to manage multiple funnels is part of a successful pipeline ecosystem. As such, using the pipeline view to manage individual, customized lists of targeted users can help you manage your conversations more effectively.

For example, say you’re starting a small business based around data management for DeFi apps. By tagging your conversations and organizing lists, you can more accurately keep track of the different moving parts of your fundraising. By tagging all of the conversations you have with potential investors as “VCs”, you can more easily see where your work is and what stage of the process a given investment opportunity is at. Similarly, by tagging all the conversations had with potential partners as “Partner”, your business can more clearly identify which organizations or users are most likely to be a good partner for your organization and nurture the relationships from within your Smart List.

Pipeline view is a natural fit for Smart List grouping, allowing your team to keep track of multiple conversation types with saved filtering preferences.
