The 3RM Notifications bot is built to send you reminders directly inside of Telegram when a follow-up is due.

Whenever a follow-up is due, the 3RM Notifications bot will send you a message at 9:00 AM local time. The notification should include the title of the chat, the link to view more details in 3RM, and a link to view the conversation directly in Telegram.

To immediately connect to the bot, send a direct message (DM) to our bot at t.me/Official_3RM_Bot

This should open a prompt to "Send Message" directly to the bot as shown below. Because you've connected your Telegram account to 3RM, the bot should automatically connect.

You should see a "success" message from the bot. If you run into any issues, don't hesitate to reach out. In the in-app section below, you should be able to follow the steps to confirm that it has been properly connected.

When signing into app.3rm.co for the first time, you should be prompted to connect your Telegram folders. After you successfully connect your folders, you can head to "Telegram Connection" settings on the left in the "Config" section.

The "Telegram connection settings" modal will appear. Scroll toward the bottom and click on "Test Bot Connection".

3RM Notifications bot will send you a Telegram message letting you know if it was able to connect.

If for any reason the bot is unable to connect, please submit a support request at [email protected] and we'll sort it out for you ASAP.

To make sure that the 3RM bot notifications stay present so you don't miss your follow-up reminders, pin the conversation with 3RM Notifications to the top of your inbox.

To do so, right-click (command-click) the message with the bot in the web version of Telegram and select "Pin to Top".

This should keep the bot at the top of your inbox so you can recall the reminders on a regular basis and never lose track of your reminders.
