The 3RM Notifications bot is built to send you reminders directly inside of Telegram when a follow-up is due.

There are no requirements for the bot to be added to any conversation. It has no access to your account. Its only use is to remind you of the follow-ups due that day.

Whenever a follow-up is due, the 3RM Notifications bot will send you a message at 9:00 AM local time. The notification should include the title of the chat, the link to view more details in 3RM, and a link to view the conversation directly in Telegram.

Connect Right Now:

To immediately connect to the bot, send a direct message (DM) to our bot at t.me/Official_3RM_Bot

This should open a prompt to "Send Message" directly to the bot as shown below. Because you've connected your Telegram account to 3RM, the bot should automatically connect.

You should see a "success" message from the bot. If you run into any issues, don't hesitate to reach out. In the in-app section below, you should be able to follow the steps to confirm that it has been properly connected.

Connect In-App:

When signing into app.3rm.co for the first time, you should be prompted to connect your Telegram folders. After you successfully connect your folders, the status of the sync should be running in the top right-hand corner of the app.

Click this button and scroll toward the bottom to view the prompt to set up the bot.

This view confirms that the bot isn't currently connected. Select "Connect" in order to get started.

This modal should appear on your screen. Select the black button titled "Open @Official_3RM_Bot" to jump directly to a chat with our bot.

You should be prompted to run the command "/start" and once that is done, the success message should be shown above!

When navigating back to 3RM, you should see the status that the bot is connected to your account.

To make sure that the 3RM bot notifications stay present so you don't miss the most important follow-ups throughout the day, pin this massage to the top of your inbox!

To do so, command + click the message with the bot in the web version of Telegram and select "Pin to Top"

This should keep the bot at the top of your inbox so you can recall the reminders on a regular basis and never lose track of your reminders.
